Iavor Kolev CEO

Iavor Kolev – CEO - Founder and Owner of a highly successful plumbing and heating engineering company providing innovative design,
build, and maintenance solutions to both large corporate clients and the domestic market.
Iavor has an MBA in Business Studies and has worked in the Public and Private sectors he has gained strong background business
solution/leadership skills particularly in joint venture scenarios. He has proven experience and skills in business start-ups, opportunity
development, financial management, business process transformation, management, and corporate leadership. His passion is providing
differentiated solutions to his clients and citizens and with this ethos, he developed his desire to help improve the quality and availability of
both primary and secondary healthcare services, doing so by working collaboratively with NHS commissioning and delivery organizations.

Robert Brant CFO

Robert Brant – CFO with a background of 10 years in various industries as a Board Executive, Finance Director and Accountant in High
Street Retail, Manufacturing, Building Society and was involved in restructuring, recovery, and transformation to shared serviced, MBO, and divestments.
He also has over 15 years as a Consulting Partner/Board Executive with KPMG, PWC working on global strategic transformation projects for
BP, Shell, GSK, and ICI to name a few. In the last 15 years his career has been as a Business Development, Delivery, and Solutions
Executive with IBM, Concentrix and seen him working with both Public (Cabinet Office, DFT, DWP, DOH, NHS, DVLA,MOD), Local
Government (Somerset, Essex, Buckinghamshire), and Private sector organizations (Barclays, Avis, BT, Bank Of Ireland, Lloyds, Santander,
Diageo, etc) on business transformations, shared services and outsourcing contracts. He is a Livery member of the Worshipful Company of
Spectacle Makers and was granted Freeman to the City of London in 1999. He served on the WCSM Court as Finance and Investments
Chairman for 15 years overseeing a period of significant change and restructuring.

Teodora Nacheva MBA (Company Secretary/ Legal and Administration)

Teodora is a qualified lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in a variety of roles and is currently an Executive Director/Company Secretary
or several small private entities in the healthcare and property installation and maintenance sectors. After achieving her master’s degree in
law in 2006 in Bulgaria, Teodora qualified as a lawyer and over the next 5 years, gained extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property
and patent law.She has developed a comprehensive working knowledge in the monitoring of counterfeit goods for various top brands through
her work with the International Federation of Spirit Producers (IFSP) in England and was part of a team investigating live operations with the
Metropolitan Police and HM Customs. In 2011, she moved to the UK, continuing her work with the IFSP for a further 4.5 years. In 2021, Teodora
joined HSS, taking responsibility for all HR, legal and contractual compliance.

Lucy Macdonald BSc (Hons) MCSP HPC (Clinical Lead) 

Lucy Macdonald BSc (Hons) MCSP HPC (Clinical Lead) became a Chartered Physiotherapist 20 years ago and is acknowledged as a respected
spokesperson for the Society. She has accepted the position of Physiotherapy Clinical Lead (and a directorship) at HSS and will be responsible for
driving the strategy, operational compliance and development of the business.Her experience incorporates both NHS and private clinics, including
6 years at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Hospital, 5 years in France, where she established and ran a physiotherapy clinic in Val D’isere (that she subsequently sold), 
3 years as the Clinical Director and lead therapist at Six Physio in Fulham (London), 18 months at Mount Alverina Hospital,Guildford and a variety of 
 ther posts, including a South African polo club and UK rugby club. 
Lucy’s specialisms include:
• Complex/chronic cases, often where treatment has failed elsewhere (including hypermobility conditions, tendon pain, and RSI)
• Specific body parts - multi-location pain, knees, hips/groin, shoulder and back conditions
• Sports related conditions
Lucy remains passionate about informing, educating and empowering people on how best to live pain free lives, carrying out weekly live ‘Q&A’
sessions via social media and has produced and presented over two hundred exercise and advice videos. She has written extensively on injury treatment and prevention and contributes regularly through channels including the BBC, Telegraph, Independent, Daily Mail, Mirror, Express, Times and a variety of health and fitness publications.
